Conditions for Returns

1. Supply Error:The item delivered is not what you ordered.

2. Timeframe:You can return or exchange items within 2-3 days of delivery.

3. Product Condition:Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

4. Proof Of Purchase:We'll need the original invoice or order confirmation for processing.

5. Delivery Cost:Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

2. Return Approval:We'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number upon approval.

3. Send Back:Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resalablePackage the item(s) carefully with the RMA number and ship to the address our team provides

Options

1. Eligibility:Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs unless we made an error.

2. Exchange:You can exchange for a different Freshmore Perfumes product of equal or greater value; add the difference, contact us for help.

Exceptions

1. Opened or Used Products:We can't accept returns on opened perfume bottles for hygiene and quality reasons unless they're defective.

2. Gift Orders:For gift orders, we can offer store credit or an exchange.

Defective Products

If you get a defective product, let us know straight away. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
